Dichroic Glass is a speciality glass developed in the 1950s by the aerospace industry. Dichroic refers to the property of having more than one colour when viewed from different angles. The glass is coated with thin layers of metal oxides, cut, layered, then kiln fired repeatedly in extreme temperatures to produce stunning colours and shapes.
